Just writing to say how pleased I have been over the last ten months with the service that Computers Inc has offered over the troubled times with the families array of 3 laptops. It has been appreciated that each time I have come in that you have been able to brief me immediately what the problem(s) may be and how they can be resolved, not long winded techie talk but in understandable layman’s terms. The follow up advice on the problem has always been quick together with the quote for the repair. I have always been pleased with the repair, which has ranged from replacement of the hard drive ( managing to back up all the data, and not having to pay the £400 that PCworld asks as a minimum) , to a replacement power jack. Also thanks for all the other advice for my laptop.
